Healthy High Protein Yogurt Bark Meal Prep and Storage

Meal Prep: You can make this healthy recipe ahead of time and chill in the fridge for later. Combine all the ingredients in a storage container, mix well and cover. Then place in the fridge for later.

Special Tip: If you prefer to skip the mixing, you can get vanilla greek yogurt and skip the maple syrup/honey and the vanilla.

Low Calorie Greek Yogurt Bark Ingredinets:

  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, add the greek yogurt, maple syrup (or honey) and vanilla, mix well.
  • Spread the yogurt on the prepared baking sheet into a 1/4 inch thick rectangle.
  • Add the strawberries to the top, and sprinkle with granola.
  • Freeze until very firm, about 3-4 hours.
  • Break into 30 pieces and serve frozen.
