You can get 0% unsweetened greek yogurt (the healthier way to go) or get vanilla sweetened greek yogurt. It will have more calories and sugar, but will also save you from mixing. So choose what works best for you.

The hardest part of making this greek yogurt bark is fitting it in the freezer. So before you start, make room for the baking sheet, and even place it in the freezer to ensure it will fit and stay level.

How to Make Healthy Greek Yogurt Bark:

  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, add the greek yogurt, maple syrup (or honey) and vanilla, mix well.
  3. Spread the yogurt on the prepared baking sheet into a 1/4 inch thick rectangle.
  4. Add the strawberries to the top, and sprinkle with granola.
  5. Freeze until very firm, about 3-4 hours.
  6. Break into 30 pieces and serve frozen.
