Meal Prep: You can easily meal prep these! Simply wrap individual portions in parchment paper, and stack in a gallon freezer bag or container.
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 5 days and in the freezer for a month.
Reheating: You can add the wrapped servings to the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Or pop in a toaster/toaster oven for a couple minutes.

These Low Calorie Soft Pretzels is just 105 calories for one small pretzel, or 210 for a large pretzel.
I like to serve the small pretzels, they are the perfect amount of calories for a snack and quite fulling. Try serving them with cheese sauce (recipe above) or mustard.
Special Tip: It is VERY IMPORTANT that you use self-rising flour to make these healthy pretzels. All-purpose flour will not work in this recipe.

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • To a large mixing bowl, add the flour, greek yogurt, and salt (and and add-ins you choose). Mix together until you have a thick dough remains.
  • Wet your hands (so they don’t stick to the dough) and shape into a large dough ball.
  • Flour a clean countertop or surface, and transfer the dough to the floured surface.
  • Cut the dough into 12 portions, and use your hands to roll out each of the dough pieces into 5 inch long ropes.
  • Make a U shape with one dough rope.
  • Grab the top ends of the U and twist them once.
  • Fold the twisted ends down so they’re touching the bottom of the U, and gently press them into place.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Add the salt to a small plate, spray each of the pretzels lightly with water on one side, then dip the wet side into the salt.
  • Serve hot, or cold. These pretzels are great with mustard or cheese sauce.
