This Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Dip is perfect for after school snacks, lunchbox snacks and for desserts. It takes only minutes to make and packs lots of chocolate sweetness in each bite.

Makes 2 servings of Chocolate Peanut Butter Dip-
- 2 tablespoons all natural peanut butter
- 1/2 tablespoon semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon flaked coconut (optional)
Combine the peanut butter and chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave in 15 second increments, stir in between increments. When chocolate is melted stir all together, top with coconut flakes and serve with fruit.
