Soup Diet for Weight Loss
Some people want a one week soup diet, and others want a full month. So I have supplied you with 4 weeks of soup diet recipes and meal plans. Use them however you want, choose just one of the 4, or go through the plan as it is set up, or repeat a week if you really love the food.
Just a little more housekeeping before we get into the diet. I have set these up just as I do my free weekly meal plans, with 7 dinners, 2 lunches and 2 breakfasts per week. I do this to help you save money and time, you can have a different breakfast and lunch each day, I have just found that my readers love how easy it is do follow and cook for a meal plan that is simpler.
