Healthy Peach Pie Meal Prep and Storage

Meal Prep: Bake, then cool and cover. And store in the fridge or freezer for later.
Storage: Cover the entire pie with plastic wrap and then move to a freezer bag to store in the freezer. You can also move single portions into meal prep containers for healthy desserts. Will hold in the fridge for 6 days and the freezer for a month.

To make this peach pie extra low calorie I skipped the bottom crust. However, if you prefer, you can absolutely use a bottom crust as well.
I have supplied you with a low calorie pie crust recipe, but any pie crust recipe or store-bought pie crust will work as well.
Special Tip: You can save lots of time by getting frozen peaches. They are already peeled, pitted, and sliced for you!
