Ingredients in Healthy Peach Pie
I like to get frozen peaches, they are already peeled, pitted and sliced (plus I am allergic to the fuzzy skin).
But when peaches are in season and on sale, they really make all the difference when making this low calorie dessert. So choose fresh or frozen depending on the seasons and cost.
