How to Make Healthy Pie Crust:

  1. Add the flour, salt, and sugar (if using) to a large bowl.
  2. Gradually add in the milk, mixing as you go.
  3. Mix until the dough comes together if you grab a handful and squeeze.
  4. Form into a ball and move to a floured surface.
  5. Roll out and place into a pie pan.
  6. If needed to bake ahead, prick all over with a fork and bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
