Meal Prep: You can make the pie crusts ahead of time. Add to a pie pan and cover with wax paper. Then place in a freezer bag and freeze or refrigerate.

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (or Gluten-Free)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 7 teaspoons unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons All-Natural Zero Calorie Sugar (optional- for sweet crust)


  • Add the flour, salt, and sugar (if using) to a large bowl.
  • Gradually add in the milk, mixing as you go.
  • Mix until the dough comes together if you grab a handful and squeeze.
  • Form into a ball and move to a floured surface.
  • Roll out and place into a pie pan.
  • If needed to bake ahead, prick all over with a fork and bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
