- 1 (1.55 oz) bar Hershey’s Milk Chocolate
- 6 Low Calorie Marshmallows (or jumbo store-bought marshmallows)
- 12 Low Calorie Graham Crackers

Healthy S’mores Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: Make the graham crackers, and the marshmallows (if making your own) first and store for later. You can also make Healthy S’mores Bags. Add all the ingredients for 1 serving to each sandwich bag.
Storage: Store leftover s’mores in the fridge for 1-2 days, might get soggy.

Thanks to my Low Calorie Marshmallows and Low Calorie Graham Cracker Recipes, these Low Calorie S'mores are just 106 calories each!Of course you can use the store-bought stuff, but the calories more than double. Special Tip: I supplied oven directions, but of course you can make these just as you would any other s'mores recipe over the campfire.

- 1 (1.55 oz) bar Hershey's Milk Chocolate broken into 12 pieces/rectangles
- 6 Low Calorie Marshmallows (or jumbo store-bought marshmallows)
- 12 Low Calorie Graham Crackers
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to broil.
- Add parchment paper to a rimmed baking sheet.
- Place the graham crackers on the baking sheet.
- Top 1/2 of the graham crackers with a 1 marshmallow, and the other half with 2 pieces of chocolate each.
- Place on a rack 5-6 inches below the broiler. And leave the oven door open 4 inches so you can monitor.
- Boil for 20-40 seconds until the chocolate starts to melt and the marshmallows start to char.
- Remove from the oven and place the marshmallow topped halved onto the chocolate sides and push down slightly.
- Serve hot.
