These Healthy S’mores are just 106 calories and so easy to make at home (in the oven) or by the campfire. I even used the traditional Hershey’s Milk Chocolate (though you can choose your favorite).
This Low Calorie S’mores recipe is healthy thanks to my low calorie Marshmallows and Graham Crackers.


If you use store-bought marshmallows and graham crackers it will more than double the calories, so I really recommend checking out those recipes. The calorie savings is worth it!

I really wish you could make low calorie s’mores with all store-bought ingredients! But you need the low calorie alternatives to make this low calorie recipe, it is the key to the low calories.
But if making your own marshmallows and graham crackers is just not your thing, then follow these low calorie tips for making low calorie s’mores with 100% store-bought ingredients. They won’t cut the calories as low as this recipe, but they will help you enjoy the treat in a healthier way.
Low Calorie S’mores Tips:
- Make “Open Faced” S’mores and skip the top gram cracker
- Cut one jumbo marshmallow in half and use only 1/2 instead of the full sided one
- Get “Mini Marshmallows” and add just 2-3 to the s’mores
- Swap out the chocolate for a thin layer of Nutella or peanut butter
- Use just one piece of chocolate

How to Make Healthy S’mores
I included directions on making these low calorie s’mores at home in the oven, but of course you can make them over the campfire too!


How to Make Low Calorie S’mores:
- Preheat your oven to broil.
- Add parchment paper to a rimmed baking sheet.
- Place the graham crackers on the baking sheet.
- Top 1/2 of the graham crackers with a 1 marshmallow, and the other half with 2 pieces of chocolate each.
- Place on a rack 5-6 inches below the broiler. And leave the oven door open 4 inches so you can monitor.
- Boil for 20-40 seconds until the chocolate starts to melt and the marshmallows start to char.
- Remove from the oven and place the marshmallow topped halved onto the chocolate sides and push down slightly.
- Serve hot.

- 6 Low Calorie Marshmallows (or jumbo store-bought marshmallows)
- 12 Low Calorie Graham Crackers
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to broil.
