Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 tablespoons nut butter almond, peanut, cashew
  • 1 tablespoon semisweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup 0% Greek yogurt

Optional Toppings:

  • Flaked coconut
  • Chopped almonds
  • Whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Combine the peanut butter and chocolate chips in a small microwave safe bowl.
  • Microwave in 15 second increments, stirring in-between, until melted.
  • Carefully (with oven mitts) remove the bowl from the microwave.
  • Add in the greek yogurt and fold together until you have a fluffy mousse.
  • Move to 2 bowls of ramekins and chill before serving.
