I like to use almond or peanut butter to make this recipe, but you could use any nut or seed butter you prefer.
You will need the thickness of the greek yogurt to make this recipe, so the plain thinner yogurts won’t work unfortunately.

- Nut butter – almond, peanut, cashew
- Semisweet chocolate chips
- 0% Greek yogurt

- Flaked coconut
- Chopped almonds

How to Make Healthy Chocolate Mousse
If you don’t have or like using a microwave, you can melt the chocolate and nut butter together in a small pot on the stovetop.
Then fold in the greek yogurt and chill as directed.

- Combine the peanut butter and chocolate chips in a small microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave in 15 second increments, stirring in-between, until melted.
