How to Make Sweet Tea Healthy
This recipe for peach iced tea is easy to make! All you need to do is steep the tea bags, remove and then let the prepared tea cool with the peaches and sweetener in it.

How to Make Iced Peach Tea Recipe:
- Cut off the tags of the tea bags (if they have them).
- In a large pot bring the water to a boil.
- Add the tea bags, remove cover and remove from heat. Allow to steep for 15 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and add in the peaches and zero calorie sweetener. Mix and allow to cool completely.
- Strain the fruit out, and pour the sweet tea into a pitcher. Refrigerate until cold.
- Serve over ice, or use more frozen peaches as ice cubes.

This sweetened iced tea recipe is easy to make and so healthy!
We like it with peaches, but it’s good with strawberries or mango as well. And on very hot days we add in a few mint leaves to the recipe. It naturally cools you down a bit!
Special Tip: You can make extra sweet tea by adding an additional 1/4 cup sweetener!


Healthy Peach Sweet Tea (JUST 5 CALORIES)
Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup peach slices fresh or frozen
- 3 black tea bags
- 1/2 cup Zero Calorie All-Natural Sweetener
Instructions
- Cut off the tags of the tea bags (if they have them).
