Meal Prep: This is the ultimate meal prep/batch cooking recipe. Just make ahead of time and store for later.
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 5 days and the freezer for a month.

Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- ½ tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Ranch Seasoned Crockpot Shredded Chicken:
- 2 tablespoons Homemade Ranch Seasoning (in place of garlic, salt and pepper)
Taco Seasoned Slow Cooker Shredded Chicken:
- 2 tablespoons Homemade Taco Seasoning (in place of garlic, salt and pepper)
- ½ cup chicken broth (in place of lemon juice)
Seasoning Salt Crockpot Meal Prep Chicken:
- 2 tablespoons Homemade Seasoning Salt (in place of garlic, salt and pepper)
Teriyaki Shredded Meal Prep Chicken:
- 1 cup Homemade Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce
- ½ cup chicken broth (in place of lemon juice)
Instructions
- Add chicken, lemon juice (or broth), garlic powder, salt and pepper (or seasoning) to a slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Remove chicken from slow cooker (let cool for 10 minutes to be safe) and shred with 2 forks.
- Add back to the crockpot and mix with any leftover liquid.
