  • 2 medium russet potatoes
  • Olive oil spray
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • Meanwhile, cut each potato into 16 wedges. Start by cutting in half, then cut each half into 8 wedges.
  • Add the cut potatoes and your choice of seasoning in a large bowl, and toss well to coat the potatoes with seasoning.
  • Spray the potato wedges with olive oil and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer (working in batches as needed).
  • Air fry for 10 minutes, flip then air fry for an additional 5-8 minutes until golden.
  • Serve hot, with one of the healthy dips above.
