Make sure you are getting fresh whenever possible. So ideally, you will get fresh pineapple juice (I have supplied you with a very easy recipe) and fresh lime juice.   1. To a glass, add the water, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, apple cider vinegar, simple syrup, and fresh lime juice.
