It’s important that you get seedless watermelon. Picking out the seeds will ruin the watermelon triangles and become a difficult dessert to enjoy.
I made this with a mini watermelon, but you can easily use a full sized watermelon to make this recipe!

How to Make Healthy Grilled Watermelon
I like to prep the watermelon ahead of time and let it marinate in the salt and sugar. Then once the meat and veggies are off the grill I can give the grill grates a quick scrub and add on the watermelon without much work at all.

How to Make Healthy Grilled Watermelon:
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Season the watermelon with sugar and salt, and spray with olive oil.
- Place watermelon slices on the grill.
- Cook uncovered, for 3 minutes, until grill marks appear.
- Flip and grill an additional 3 minutes.
- Serve with desired toppings.
