- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 2 cups strawberries
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (plus more as needed)
- ½ cup zero calorie all-natural sweetener (see recipe card for more options)

Meal Prep: This makes great meal prep treats! Simply make the recipe as directed, add to an airtight container and freeze for later.
Storage: Will hold for a month in the freezer.

Low Calorie Berry Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup blackberries fresh or frozen
- 2 cups strawberries fresh or frozen
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk- plus more as needed
- ½ cup zero calorie all-natural sweetener or sugar
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, adding more water as needed to thin.
- Strain the berry ice cream through a fine mesh strainer to remove the seeds.
- Discard the seeds and pour the ice cream mixture into a 9×9-inch glass or metal dish and freeze for 1 hour.
- Remove from the freezer and scrape with a fork, then freeze for another hour.
- Repeat twice: freeze for 2 more hours, scraping twice.
- Transfer the ice cream to a plastic container and store in the freezer for up to 1 month.
