This Low Calorie Berry Ice Cream is just 62 calories per cup! It's creamy and delicious and you don't need an ice cream maker to make the recipe (though you can!)
I like to use a combination of 4 kinds of berries, but you can get creative and swap them out for your favorites. Bottomline, you need 5 cups of berries to make this recipe. It does not matter what kind you choose.
Special Tip: I like to use almond milk because it's flavorless and metabolism boosting. But any refrigerated milk including oat milk, coconut milk, and cows milk.
