Ingredients You’ll Need:
- ⅓ cup soy sauce (or Tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of one lemon
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons dried basil
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
- 1.5 pounds sirloin steak
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red onion

Healthy Steak Kabobs Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: You can meal prep 2 ways. You can cook the healthy recipe completely then store for later, or add the ingredients to a bag, mix and add to the freezer for later.
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 5 days and the freezer for a month.
Reheating: Reheat in the microwave for 1-3 minutes, or in a 350 degree oven until warmed through (about 20 minutes)

Equipment
- 12-inch metal skewers
- Grill OR Grill Pan
Ingredients
Steak Kabobs Marinade Recipe:
- ⅓ cup soy sauce or Tamari for gluten-free
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of one lemon
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons dried basil
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon hot sauce optional
Steak Kabobs Recipe:
- 1.5 pounds sirloin steak cut in 1-inch cubes
- 1 red bell pepper seeded and cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 orange bell pepper seeded and cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper seeded and cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 red onion cut in 1-inch pieces
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together marinade.
- Add the cubed sirloin steak to marinade and toss to coat.
- Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate for 30-60 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat, or place a grill pan on the stovetop and preheat to medium heat.
- Thread the steak onto the skewers alternating with pieces of bell pepper and red onion.
- Grill kebabs over medium heat for 12-15 minutes, turning often, until all sides of the meat is well brown and vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot.
