How to Grill Chicken Breasts:

  1. Use a fork to pierce chicken breasts all over. Place in a gallon freezer bag.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the marinade ingredients. Then pour the marinade over the chicken.
  3. Place in the fridge and marinade for 20 minutes to overnight (the longer the better).
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and brush with olive oil. Transfer the chicken to a plate and the marinade to a sauce pan. Simmer the marinade over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Place chicken on the grill and grill undisturbed for 6 minutes. Flip the chicken and grill it, basting the chicken with the marinade once or twice as you go for another 5-6 minutes, until cooked through with no pink in the center (internal temp 165 degrees).
  6. Remove chicken from grill and let rest for 5 minutes to lock in the flavors, then serve.
