BBQ Asparagus Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of large asparagus about 12 stalks
  • Olive oil spray
  • ½ teaspoon salt or seasoning blend below
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a grill to medium heat.
  • Cut off the bottom third of the asparagus stocks, and discard. Placing the asparagus in a casserole dish as you go.
  • Spray with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper, or your desired seasoning blend. Toss to coat.
  • If using a grill pan, or grill press, add the asparagus, and then add to the grill. Otherwise, add the asparagus directly to the grill.
  • Grilled asparagus until slightly crispy, about 20 minutes. Then move to a plate before serving.
