  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon hot sauce optional

Ingredients
 
 

Chicken Kabobs Marinade Recipe:

  • cup soy sauce or Tamari for gluten-free
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Juice of one lemon
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon hot sauce optional

Chicken Kabobs Recipe:

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper seeded and cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 1 orange bell pepper seeded and cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper seeded and cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red onion cut in 1-inch pieces

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together marinade.
  • Add the cubed chicken to marinade and toss to coat.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate for 30-60 minutes in the fridge.
  • Thread the chicken onto the skewers alternating with pieces of bell pepper and red onion.
  • Grill kebabs over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, turning often, until all sides of the chicken is well brown and the vegetables are tender.
  • Serve hot.
