Chicken Kabobs Marinade Recipe:

soy sauce
or Tamari for gluten-free

olive oil
Juice of one lemon

Worcestershire sauce

garlic powder

dried basil

tablespoons
dried parsley flakes

teaspoon
pepper

Chicken Kabobs Recipe:
2
boneless skinless chicken breasts
cut in 1-inch cubes
1
red bell pepper
seeded and cut in 1-inch pieces
1
orange bell pepper
seeded and cut in 1-inch pieces
1
green bell pepper
seeded and cut in 1-inch pieces
1
red onion
cut in 1-inch pieces
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together marinade.
Add the cubed chicken to marinade and toss to coat.
Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate for 30-60 minutes in the fridge.
Thread the chicken onto the skewers alternating with pieces of bell pepper and red onion.
Grill kebabs over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, turning often, until all sides of the chicken is well brown and the vegetables are tender.
Serve hot.
