Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 white onion chopped
  • 1 jalapeño or Serrano pepper ribs and seeds removed, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 4 large tomatoes chopped
  • ½ cup cilantro chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine the onion, jalapeño and lime juice to a medium bowl.
  • Let marinate while you chop the tomatoes and cilantro.
  • Add in tomatoes, cilantro and a pinch of salt and pepper, and mix well.
  • Cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to marinate before serving.
