Ingredient You’ll Need

  • 1 Low Calorie Pie Crust (or 2 if you want a bottom crust)
  • 3 cups quartered strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons All-Natural Zero Calorie Sugar (see recipe card)
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour (or gluten free)

Meal Prep: Bake, then cool and cover. And store in the fridge or freezer for later.
Storage: Cover the entire pie with plastic wrap and then move to a freezer bag to store in the freezer. You can also move single portions into meal prep containers for healthy desserts. Will hold in the fridge for 6 days and the freezer for a month.

This Low Calorie Strawberry Pie is just 134 calories and comes with a low calorie pie crust recipe!
Feel free to make a mixed berry pie, by swapping out the strawberries for mixed berries.
Special Tip: To keep the calories low I used an All-Natural Zero Calorie Sugar, but you can use regular white sugar, or your favorite substitute.

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. And place a pie pan on a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Prepare the Low Calorie Pie Crust as directed in the link. Set aside until you are ready to top the pie.
  • In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, vanilla, sugar and flour. Mix together and then add to a pie pan .
  • Lay the pie crust over the top, and pinch over the sides of the pie pan to close. Then poke 2-3 times with a fork in the center to vent.
  • Bake on the baking sheet (to catch any spillage) for 40 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and the strawberries bubbling.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for 30 minutes before slicing into 8 servings.
