These Low Calorie Taco Shells are just 42 calories each and so easy to make!
I like to get creative with the seasoning. Sometimes I just add salt and lime juice, and other times I make "Cool Ranch" taco shells, or taco seasoning flavored tacos. I have included links to the seasonings so you can get creative too.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Wrap the tortillas in a wet paper towel, and microwave for 30 seconds until soft and pliable.
  • Spray the tortillas lightly with olive oil and sprinkle over salt or your desired flavoring.
  • Add the tacos to the Taco Baking Tray as you work.
  • Bake for 5-8 minutes until crispy (or 8-10 for regular corn tortillas).
  • Remove from the oven and cool in the baking tray (they will crisp up more as they cool).
  • Serve with your favorite taco fillings.
