  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce

Meal Prep: You can easily meal prep these! Simply wrap individual portions in parchment paper, and stack in a gallon freezer bag or container.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 tablespoon flour all-purpose or gluten-free
  • 1 tablespoon zero-calorie all natural sugar or monk fruit, coconut, or regular sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • teaspoon baking soda
  • teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce

Optional Toppings:

  • Powdered Sugar
  • Flaked Chocolate
  • Flaked Coconut
  • Cocoa Nibs
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • To a mug or microwave safe ramekin combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
  • Mix the dry ingredient together.
  • Add in the apple sauce and mix until just combined.
  • Add to the microwave and cook for 1 minute.
  • Remove from the microwave, add any toppings you like and serve.
