How to Make a Low Calorie Single Serving Brownie:

  1. To a mug or microwave safe ramekin combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
  2. Mix the dry ingredient together.
  3. Add in the apple sauce and mix until just combined.
  4. Add to the microwave and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Remove from the microwave, add any toppings you like and serve.
