I like to make these healthy single serve brownies in a mug, but a ramekin or small (microwave safe) bowl will also work.
In just 2 minutes you can make this amazing dessert. I can’t imagine you’ll have leftovers, but if you do they will hold for 4-5 days in the fridge, covered.


How to Make a Low Calorie Single Serving Brownie:
- To a mug or microwave safe ramekin combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
- Mix the dry ingredient together.
- Add in the apple sauce and mix until just combined.
- Add to the microwave and cook for 1 minute.
- Remove from the microwave, add any toppings you like and serve.
