The short answer- yes… most of the time.
Strawberry smoothie recipes can be extremely healthy for you! Strawberries have a number of amazing healthy properties.
Here is a quote from the article above:

2. How many calories are in a Banana Strawberry Smoothie?
The calories in a smoothie can vary, as you probably saw above in the 15 different recipes.
If you are looking to cut calories I recommend the following recipe changes:
- Use Almond Milk in place of Dairy Milk
- Skip the sweeteners, bananas are already very sweet
- Use water (or Almond Milk) in place of juice to save calories
- Try making your smoothie a green smoothie, add 1 cup of baby spinach to any smoothie
- Skip the ice cream or frozen yogurt recipes altogether, or freeze skim or almond milk ice cubes to reach a similar creamy consistency
Here is a quote from the above article:

The short answer- they are not that bad!
We can’t always be 100% sure the quality of ingredients they are using at McDonalds, but as you can see below, the nutrition (taken from their website) is not too bad:

Now, I always recommend skipping all drive through restaurants, the quality of food is not high in nutrition… but I also understand that people also need healthy options from these restaurants.
