- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

- 1/3 cup 0% Greek Yogurt (adds 33 calories)
- 1 (additional) tablespoon peanut butter (adds 94 calories)
- 1-2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (adds 75-150 calories)
