- 3 avocados
- ¼ cup red onion
- 2 tomatoes
- ⅛ cup fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeño pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper
- Hot sauce (optional)

Healthy Guacamole Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep – You can make this ahead of time and cover with plastic wrap. Just make sure to press the plastic wrap down onto the guacamole so that there is no air between the plastic wrap and mashed avocado.
Storage – Leftovers can be covered and placed in the fridge for 1-2 days.

Ingredients
- 3 avocados
- ¼ cup red onion diced
- 2 tomatoes diced
- ⅛ cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 jalapeño pepper diced, seeds and ribs removed
- 1 garlic clove diced
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hot sauce optional, to taste
Instructions
- Scoop the avocados into a medium sized bowl. Discard the pit and skin.
- Mash the avocado with a fork, add the remaining ingredients and mash together a bit more.
- Taste and add in additional lime juice or salt as needed.
