Meal Prep: You can meal prep 2 ways. You can cook the healthy recipe completely then store for later, or add the ingredients to a bag, mix and add to the freezer for later.
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 5 days and the freezer for a month.
Reheating: Reheat in the microwave for 1-3 minutes, or in a 350 degree oven until warmed through (about 20 minutes)

Equipment
- 4 (12-inch) metal skewers
Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut in 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons Homemade Ranch Seasoning (or store bought)
- Olive Oil Spray
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- To a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken and ranch seasoning. Toss to coat.
- Thread the chicken onto the skewers.
- Spray the kebabs with olive oil
- Grill kebabs over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, turning often, until all sides of the chicken is well browned.
- Serve hot.
