This low calorie grilled pork tenderloin is just 228 calories, and it takes just 15 minutes to make (including prep time!)
Covered with a mustard and herb rub, this BBQ pork tenderloin is flavorful and juicy. The perfect BBQ main course.
Special Tip: If you don't like or don't have dijon mustard, you can use yellow mustard. Or double the spices and skip the mustard all together (though it does help everything stick).
