Healthy Grilled Pork Tenderloin Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: You can meal prep 2 ways. You can cook the healthy recipe completely then store for later, or add the ingredients to a bag, mix and add to the freezer for later.
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 5 days and the freezer for a month.
Reheating: Reheat in the microwave for 1-3 minutes, or in a 350 degree oven until warmed through (about 20 minutes)

Low Calorie Grilled Pork Tenderloin
Equipment
- Grill
IngredientsΒ Β
- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh sage minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- ΒΌ teaspoon pepper
- Olive oil spray
InstructionsΒ
- Preheat grill to medium.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the dijon mustard, garlic salt, rosemary, sage, thyme, and pepper.
- Rub the herb paste all over the pork loin, and spray with olive oil.
- Add the pork loin to the preheated grill. Close the grill lid and cook 12-18 minutes, turning every few minutes to ensure even cooking. When there is no pink in the center, the pork is done.
- Transfer to a cutting board to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
