  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh sage minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • ΒΌ teaspoon pepper
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium.
  • Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the dijon mustard, garlic salt, rosemary, sage, thyme, and pepper.
  • Rub the herb paste all over the pork loin, and spray with olive oil.
  • Add the pork loin to the preheated grill. Close the grill lid and cook 12-18 minutes, turning every few minutes to ensure even cooking. When there is no pink in the center, the pork is done.
  • Transfer to a cutting board to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
