  1. To a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, water, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic and cornstarch. Mix together. 
  2. Add the salmon to the homemade teriyaki sauce, and marinate for 10 minutes to an hour.
  3. Heat a grill over medium high heat.
  4. Thread the salmon onto skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water first to avoid burning). Then spray with olive oil.
  5. Add the skewers to the preheated grill, and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning often, until the salmon is cooked through.

  • 1 ½ tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon packed light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon toasted sesame oil

  • 16 oz salmon cut into cubes
