This Avocado Smoothie Recipe is low calorie, fat burning, and only 3 ingredients! It’s just 253 calories making it a great meal replacement.
Best of all, you can add protein powder or collagen powder to boost the protein! I recommend doing this if you are having the smoothie to replace a meal.

Avocados are great for fat burning. They are high in healthy fats, which signals to your body that fat is coming in, so fat storage is not necessary. And therefore it starts burning up the stored fat in your body.
Pair that with the metabolism boosting pineapple and spinach, and fat flushing water. And you have one heck of a great weight loss smoothie!

I like to get frozen pineapple. It’s lower in price, requires no work, and keeps my smoothies extra cold and thick.
Of course you can use fresh pineapple, and freeze it. Or if you don’t like a cold smoothie, use fresh pineapple at room temperature.
