Oven Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 450°, and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Peel the potatoes, and cut them into quarter inch sticks, adding them to the baking sheets as you go.
  • Spray with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Then add to the oven.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, flip the French fries and bake for an additional 10 minutes until crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside.
  • Serve hot.

Air Fryer Directions:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°.
  • Peel the potatoes, and cut them into quarter inch sticks, adding them to a large bowl as you work.
  • Spray with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt (or seasoning/ or sugar and salt).
  • Add to the air fryer basket (in batches as needed) without overcrowding.
  • Air fry for 6 minutes, flip and air fry for an additional 6-8 minutes until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
  • Serve hot.
