Ingredients in Healthy Roast Beef Sandwiches
I recommend getting the roast beef freshly sliced at the deli counter. Tell them you want it very thin, and look for a low sodium option if that is important to you.
The “Arby’s Sauce” is included in the nutritional information. But feel free to skip it if you don’t want the sauce.

How to Make Healthy Arby’s Roast Beef Sandwiches
These sandwiches are so great for take to work or take to school lunches. If you do this, skip heating the meat and just toast the buns as directed.
I also like to add the sauce to a separate container, or you could add it between slices of roast beef to limit the sauce from touching the bread.
