I was able to cut the calories by using my 2 ingredient low calorie bagels. But you can also use store-bought bagels, I have supplied tips to cut the calories and carbs from the ones you buy from the store.

- Low Calorie Large Bagel
- Mixed greens or romaine lettuce
- Munster cheese (or your favorite cheese)
- High quality sliced deli turkey or chicken (any deli meat will work)
- Tomato
- Red onion

How to Make a Healthy Bagel Sandwich
These sandwiches are so great for take to work or school lunches. If you will be doing this I recommend toasting the bagel so it won’t get soggy in your lunch box.
Then wrap the sandwich in parchment paper, add to a bag, or a meal prep box.


How to Make Healthy Bagel Sandwiches:
- Slice the bagels in half and toast (if desired).
- To the bottom half of the bagel with lettuce, cheese, deli meat, tomatoes, and onions (and more greens If you like).
- To the top half of the bagel, smear on the sauce you like, and then add to the top of the sandwich.
- Cut in half and serve. Or add to a container or bag and place in your lunch box.

Ingredients
- 1 Low Calorie Large Bagel
- 1/4 cup mixed greens or romaine lettuce
- 1 slice munster cheese (or your favorite cheese) halved
- 4 sliced high quality sliced deli turkey or chicken
- 2 sliced of tomato
- 2-4 red onion slices
- 1 tablespoon Low Calorie Spread see below

Instructions
