This Low Calorie Peach Pie is just 146 calories and so yummy! I know you’ll love the healthy peach pie recipe! I did remove the bottom crust to cut more calories, but I also supplied you with a low calorie pie crust. So you could have a top and bottom crust and it would still be a low calorie recipe.
Ingredients You’ll Need
- 1 Low Calorie Pie Crust (or 2 if you want a bottom crust)
- 4 cups sliced peaches
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon All-Natural Zero Calorie Sugar (see recipe card)
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour (or gluten free)

Meal Prep: Bake, then cool and cover. And store in the fridge or freezer for later.
Storage: Cover the entire pie with plastic wrap and then move to a freezer bag to store in the freezer. You can also move single portions into meal prep containers for healthy desserts. Will hold in the fridge for 6 days and the freezer for a month.

Ingredients
- 1 Low Calorie Pie Crust (or 2 if you want a bottom crust)
- 4 cups sliced peaches (peeled, pitted, and sliced)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon All-Natural Zero Calorie Sugar (or regular sugar)
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour (or gluten free)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. And place a pie pan on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Prepare the Low Calorie Pie Crust as directed in the link. Set aside until you are ready to top the pie.
- In a large bowl, combine the peaches, vanilla, sugar and flour. Mix together and then add to a pie pan .
- Lay the pie crust over the top, and pinch over the sides of the pie pan to close. Then poke 2-3 times with a fork in the center to vent.
- Bake on the baking sheet (to catch any spillage) for 40 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and the peaches bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 30 minutes before slicing into 8 servings.
