Oven Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees, spray the bottom of a large casserole dish with olive oil spray.
  2. Sprinkle the chicken breasts with your chosen spice blend.
  3. Place the chicken breasts into the casserole dish and lightly spray the tips with olive oil spray.
  4. Bake chicken breasts for 15-18 minutes, until the juices run clear and the internal temp is 165 degrees.

Stovetop Directions:

  1. Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat, and spray with olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle the chicken breasts with your chosen spice blend.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the hot pan and cook for 7 minutes undisturbed.
  4. Flip and cook an additional 7 minutes, until the juices run clear and the internal temp is 165 degrees.

Grill Directions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat (400 degrees).
  2. Sprinkle the chicken breasts with your chosen spice blend and spray with olive oil.
  3. Place the chicken on the hot grill and cook undisturbed for 5 minutes.
  4. Flip and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the juices run clear and the internal temp is 165 degrees.
