How to Make Skinny Air Fryer Chicken Breasts:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees.
  2. Sprinkle your chosen seasoning blend over both sides of the chicken.
  3. Spray the chicken with olive oil on both sides.
  4. Add the chicken to the air fryer and cook for 8 minutes.
  5. Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes (5 for small, 6 for medium, and 7 for larch chicken breasts) until the juices run clear the the internal temperature of the chicken breasts is 165 degrees.
  6. Serve hot, or allow to rest on a cutting board until safe to handle and slice for meal prep lunches or dinners.
