These fizzy drinks are easy and quick! I like to meal prep them so I only have to juice lemons once per week. Here’s how I do it.

Meal Prep Tips:

  • Juice 3-5 lemons
  • Pour the juice into ice cube molds (1 tablespoon each mold)
  • Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to each mold (along with the lemon juice)
  • Freeze completely
  • To Serve: The night before, add one ice cube to a tall glass and place in the fridge. In the morning, add soda water, ice and serve.
