Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees, spray the bottom of a large casserole dish with olive oil spray.
Sprinkle the chicken breasts with your chosen spice blend.
Place the chicken breasts into the casserole dish and lightly spray the tips with olive oil spray.
Bake chicken breasts for 15-18 minutes. Until the juices run clear and the internal temp is 165 degrees.
