This Low Calorie Bagel Sandwich recipe is just 375 calories, and it’s packed with 43.9g of protein! I was able to cut the calories by using my 2 ingredient low calorie bagels. But you can also use store-bought bagels, I have supplied tips to cut the calories and carbs from the ones you buy from the store.
Ingredients You’ll Need
- 1 Low Calorie Large Bagel (see recipe card)
- ¼ cup mixed greens or romaine lettuce
- 1 slice munster cheese (or your favorite cheese)
- 4 sliced high quality sliced deli turkey or chicken
- 2 sliced of tomato
- 2-4 red onion slices
- 1 tablespoon Low Calorie Spread (see recipe card)

Healthy Bagel Sandwich Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: You can meal prep this healthy recipe easily. Simply assemble, wrap in parchment paper and add to a plastic bag or container.
Storage: Will hold for 2 days in the fridge (may get soggy, so 1 day is ideal), does not do well in the freezer.

Ingredients
- 1 Low Calorie Large Bagel
- ¼ cup mixed greens or romaine lettuce
- 1 slice munster cheese (or your favorite cheese) halved
- 4 sliced high quality sliced deli turkey or chicken
- 2 sliced of tomato
- 2-4 red onion slices
- 1 tablespoon Low Calorie Spread see below

- Low Calorie Hummus (adds 15 calories)
- Low Calorie "Secret Sauce" (adds 19 calories)
- Low Calorie Ranch Dip (adds 14 calories)
- Low Calorie Club Sandwich Sauce (adds 9 calories)
Instructions
- Slice the bagels in half and toast (if desired).
- To the bottom half of the bagel with lettuce, cheese, deli meat, tomatoes, and onions (and more greens If you like).
- To the top half of the bagel, smear on the sauce you like, and then add to the top of the sandwich.
- Cut in half and serve. Or add to a container or bag and place in your lunch box.
