Low Calorie Air Fryer Potato Wedges
Equipment
- Air fryer
Ingredients
- 2 medium russet potatoes
- Olive oil spray
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
More Optional Seasonings:
- ½ tablespoon Ranch Seasoning
- ½ tablespoon Taco Seasoning
- ½ tablespoon Seasoning Salt
- ¼ tablespoon Italian Seasoning + 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
- Meanwhile, cut each potato into 16 wedges. Start by cutting in half, then cut each half into 8 wedges.
- Add the cut potatoes and your choice of seasoning in a large bowl, and toss well to coat the potatoes with seasoning.
- Spray the potato wedges with olive oil and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer (working in batches as needed).
- Air fry for 10 minutes, flip then air fry for an additional 5-8 minutes until golden.
- Serve hot, with one of the healthy dips above.
