Healthy Air Fried Sweet Potatoes Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: You can cook completely, cover and store for later.
Storage: Cover well and store in the fridge for 5 days or the freezer for a month.

Low Calorie Air Fried Sweet Potatoes
Equipment
- Air fryer
Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes peeled
- Olive oil spray
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
More Optional Seasonings:
- ½ tablespoon Ranch Seasoning
- ½ tablespoon Taco Seasoning
- ½ tablespoon Seasoning Salt
- ¼ tablespoon Italian Seasoning + 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
- Meanwhile, cut each sweet potato into 16 wedges. Start by cutting in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 8 wedges.
- Add the cut sweet potatoes and your choice of seasoning in a large bowl, and toss well to coat the sweet potatoes with seasoning.
- Spray the sweet potato wedges with olive oil and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer (working in batches as needed).
- Air fry for 10 minutes, flip then air fry for an additional 5-8 minutes until browned on the edges and soft in the centers.
- Serve hot, with one of the healthy dips above.
