Instructions
Juicer Directions:

Tips and Tricks to Juicing:
- The fresher the ingredients, the better the juice. So look for fresh produce and choose seasonal ingredients to keep costs low and flavors high.
- If you don’t like the taste of vegetables choose mild flavored veggies like spinach and carrots.
- You can always add in more sweet fruits to naturally sweeten your juice.
- Feel free to add in some healthy boosts to your drink after pouring. I like to mix in some cinnamon (to boost metabolism) apple cider vinegar (to curb appetite) and chia seeds (to fill me up). One half teaspoon of each is enough, pick and choose which you need in the moment, or add all 3.

To keep the carbs in your detox juice low, choose lots of leafy greens. Also choose low carb fruits like blueberries to sweeten the juice.
High Protein Detox Juice:
You can easily boost the protein in your detox juice by adding in some unflavored collagen powder. You can even add vanilla protein powder, just make sure to use a small electric whisk to blend it well and to avoid clumps.
Low Sugar Detox Juice:
To keep the sugar low in detox juices choose low sugar fruits. Apples and blueberries both can be very low in sugar. You can also just skip the fruit all together and make a mild flavored juice with cucumber and celery.
