Meal Prep: You can make this healthy recipe ahead of time, after breaking the yogurt bark, add to a freezer bag or container and store in the freezer.
Storage: Will hold in the freezer for 2 weeks.

Ingredients
Low Calorie Greek Yogurt Bark Ingredinets:
- 3 cups 0% Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups sliced strawberries
- ¼ cup Low Calorie Vanilla Almond Granola
Optional Toppings:
- 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup raspberries
- 1 Low Calorie Sugar Cookie crumbled
Instructions
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, add the greek yogurt, maple syrup (or honey) and vanilla, mix well.
- Spread the yogurt on the prepared baking sheet into a 1/4 inch thick rectangle.
- Add the strawberries to the top, and sprinkle with granola.
- Freeze until very firm, about 3-4 hours.
- Break into 30 pieces and serve frozen.
