Ranch Chicken Lunch Wraps:
- 1 10 inch whole wheat tortilla
- 2 large romaine leaves
- ½ cup cooked chicken
- ¼ bell pepper sliced
- ½ carrot sliced into strips
- ¼ cucumber sliced into strips
- ½ avocado sliced
- ⅛ cup Homemade Ranch Dressing
Buffalo Chicken Tortilla Wraps:
- 1 10 inch whole wheat tortilla
- 2 large romaine leaves
- ½ cup cooked chicken
- ½ carrot sliced into strips
- 1 celery stalk sliced into strips
- Franks Red Hot Sauce
- ⅛ cup Homemade Blue Cheese Dip
Club Sandwich Lunch Wraps:
- 1 10 inch whole wheat tortilla
- 2 large romaine leaves
- 2 slices turkey
- 1 slice cooked bacon or turkey bacon
- ½ roma tomato sliced
- ⅛ cup Homemade Club Salad Dressing
Caesar Salad Tortilla Wrap:
- 1 10 inch whole wheat tortilla
- 2 large romaine leaves
- 1 large kale leaf rib removed
- ½ cup cooked chicken optional
- ½ avocado sliced
- ⅛ cup Homemade Croutons optional
- ⅛ cup Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing with Parmesan
Vegan Greek Lunch Wraps:
- 1 10 inch whole wheat tortilla
- 2 large romaine leaves
- ¼ bell pepper sliced
- ¼ cucumber sliced into strips
- ½ roma tomato sliced
- 1 tablespoon kalamata olives minced
- ⅛ cup Homemade Hummus
Instructions
- Place the tortilla on a plate or cutting board.
- Top with the romaine leaves, then the remaining proteins and veggies.
- Drizzle or scoop the salad dressing or dip over the veggies.
- Wrap up the tortilla like an open-ended burrito and cut in half.
