  • 1 10 inch whole wheat tortilla
  • 2 large romaine leaves
  • ½ cup cooked chicken
  • ¼ bell pepper sliced
  • ½ carrot sliced into strips
  • ¼ cucumber sliced into strips
  • ½ avocado sliced
  • cup Homemade Ranch Dressing

Buffalo Chicken Tortilla Wraps:

Club Sandwich Lunch Wraps:

  • 1 10 inch whole wheat tortilla
  • 2 large romaine leaves
  • 2 slices turkey
  • 1 slice cooked bacon or turkey bacon
  • ½ roma tomato sliced
  • cup Homemade Club Salad Dressing

Caesar Salad Tortilla Wrap:

Vegan Greek Lunch Wraps:

  • 1 10 inch whole wheat tortilla
  • 2 large romaine leaves
  • ¼ bell pepper sliced
  • ¼ cucumber sliced into strips
  • ½ roma tomato sliced
  • 1 tablespoon kalamata olives minced
  • cup Homemade Hummus

Instructions
 

  • Place the tortilla on a plate or cutting board.
  • Top with the romaine leaves, then the remaining proteins and veggies.
  • Drizzle or scoop the salad dressing or dip over the veggies.
  • Wrap up the tortilla like an open-ended burrito and cut in half.
