How to Make Baked Beef Ribs:

  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees and line a baking sheet or roasting pan with foil.
  2. Remove the beef beef ribs from packaging and remove any membrane is attached.
  3. Cut the rack of ribs in half (optional but makes foil packets easier!)
  4. Cover the ribs (both sides) with 1/2 of the barbecue sauce.
  5. Place ribs bone side up (meat side down) in 2 layers of aluminum foil and cinch to create a foil packet.
  6. Place rib packet the prepared baking sheet or roasting pan.
  7. Bake for 3 hours.
  8. Remove the ribs from the foil. Discard the foil and add the ribs back to the baking sheet or roasting pan, meat side up.
  9. Cover the tops with the remaining barbecue sauce and bake for an additional 1 hour.
  10. Remove from oven and rest for 15-20 minutes, then cut into one bone sections and serve.
