Ingredients
 
 

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 small red onion chopped
  • 3 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 cup raisins or dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds

Bacon Broccoli Salad Dressing:

Instructions
 

  • To a medium bowl, combine the dressing ingredients and mix well. Set aside to marinate.
  • To a large bowl, add the broccoli, onion, bacon, raisins or cranberries, and sunflower seeds. Toss together.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until well coated.
  • Store in the fridge until ready to eat, best served cold.
