This Low Calorie Strawberry Sorbet is just 55 calories per cup and so easy to make! You don’t even need an ice cream machine to make this healthy strawberry sorbet!
Best of all, there is no sugar added, so this strawberry sorbet is as low in sugar as possible!

One cup is a big serving, it’s about 2 big scoops and just the right amount for a healthy dessert. I like to add fresh fruit to my bowl, but this sorbet is just as good served alone.

How to Make Healthy Strawberry Sorbet
If you have an ice cream maker, you can use it. Just make the base and then follow the directions that came with the ice cream maker to churn it.
But I wanted to make a “no churn” strawberry sorbet so everyone can make it.

How to Make Healthy Strawberry Sorbet:
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, adding more water as needed to thin.
- Strain the strawberry sorbet through a fine mesh strainer to remove the seeds.
