  • Preheat oven to 425 and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Remove and discard the radish stems, wash well and cut each radish in half. Adding to a large bowl as you work.
  • To the large bowl, add the homemade ranch seasoning and toss well.
  • Spray the parchment paper lined baking sheet lightly with olive oil, spread radishes out in a single layer on the baking sheet, then spray the radishes lightly with olive oil.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, tossing 1-2 times to prevent burning.
  • Remove from the oven and serve hot or chill and add to a cold salad.
