  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Trim, and slice the cauliflower into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
  3. Lay cauliflower pieces out on a baking sheet. Spray the side up with olive oil, and sprinkle 1/2 of the Homemade Seasoning Salt over the cauliflower.
  4. Flip over and spray again with olive oil, and sprinkle over the remaining Homemade Seasoning Salt.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, flip and bake another 15 minutes until caramelized on edges and tender.
  6. Serve with one of our low calorie sauces, or alone. It’s great hot or cold.
