Ingredients in Low Calorie Cheesy Breadsticks
I’m a huge fan of this low calorie dough recipe. It’s just 2 ingredients and you can use it countless ways.
The key to the dough working, is the self-rising flour. All-purpose flour will not work in this recipe. So be sure to get the self rising stuff.

How to Make Low Calorie Cheesy Garlic Bread
What I really love about this dough, is that you don’t need to let it rise. Just roll it out, move it (in the parchment papers- so easy), top it, and bake it!

How to Make Healthy Cheesy Garlic Bread Sticks:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, and set out a baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, add the flour, yogurt, garlic salt and Italian seasonings and mix until combined.
- Form into a ball of dough.
- Lay a piece of parchment paper out on the countertop (it should be the size of the baking sheet you set out).
- Place the dough in the center of the parchment paper. Top the dough with a little flour and a second piece of parchment paper.
- Use a rolling pin to roll it out into a large rectangle. It will be about 1/4 inch thick.
- Move the dough to the baking sheet, and remove the top layer of parchment paper.
- To a medium bowl combine the garlic, Colby jack cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Top the dough with the cheese mixture spreading it out in an even layer.
- Add to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, when the crust is golden and the cheese is golden brown and bubbling it’s done.
- Remove the cheesy bread from the oven and slice into 18 slices. One long cut and 8 small cuts.
- Serve with marinara, pesto, or Alfredo sauce and enjoy hot.
